General Information   The Bulletin's Pet Pals contest supports the Newspapers in Education program that provides free newspapers to students in Central Oregon classrooms. Please help these students and their teachers by purchasing votes.   * User ID:       Must be 4-10 characters.   * Public name:       Your public name is how you will be identified in the contest. If you entered a pet in the contest, use the same public name that you chose when you entered your pet.
